Our House Blend is a balanced, fruity, medium-bodied olive oil suitable for all uses: sautés, vinaigrette, marinades, baking, roasting, as a finishing oil, or simply for dipping with fresh bread—an affordable, delicious, dependable workhorse in any kitchen, professional or home.
With a little more oomph than Olio Santo, our 2024 House Blend is a perfect combination of award-winning Taggiasca and Arbequina olives, with a splash of Coratina, a combo that takes the best of those varietals and elevates them into something even better!
As always, our olives are grown herbicide and pesticide free, cold-pressed, racked --and filtered this year (2024) to prolong freshness-- and stored in stainless steel tanks in temperature controlled facilities until bottled.

This year our House Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a delicious combination of Arbequina from our beloved Duri Ranch, Taggiasca, and Coratina, varietals from our farms in Capay Valley and Woodland, just east of Napa Valley.
Our 2024 House Blend is on the milder side, boasting a ripe olive bouquet, creamy texture, notes of ripe fruit and butter, and ending with a slight peppery finish—just enough to let you know it's fresh and full of antioxidant polyphenols—but without a burn, and very little bitterness--overall a very friendly olive oil!
375ml & 750ml bottles are sealed with a cork. We recommend using them with a chrome pour spout or plastic pour spout, for ease and economics of use, and cleanliness (less drips)!
