Subscription FAQs:
1. How do I set up a subscription?
Simply shop for your favorite items as usual and select "Subscribe and Save 5%" instead of "One-Time Purchase" when adding the item to your cart. You will be asked to choose a monthly interval for how often you want to receive your subscription item, and for how long. You can add as many items as you like to your subscription, and update or change items, delivery dates and intervals (like if you're going away for a trip or are getting deliveries too often) at any time.
2. How often will I get my subscription?
You choose the monthly interval (anywhere from once a month to once a year). Please be sure to CHOOSE THE SAME MONTHLY INTERVAL FOR ALL OF YOUR ITEMS to save on shipping resources and cost. You can have multiple subscriptions that ship at different intervals, but smaller orders are more likely to incur more shipping cost (see below for more on how to get free shipping).
3. Can I change the frequency or items in my subscription after the first one?
Yes, you can change any details or skip a shipment at any time—what items are included, the next ship date, the frequency of your shipments, your address, billing information, etc.
Every subscription-related email will include a link to your customer portal should you want to make edits.
You can also log in or create a Stonehouse Account by clicking the little person symbol in the top navigation bar of our website. Use the same email address as you did to create your account.
Once logged in, select "Manage Subscription" to view, edit, or cancel your subscription at any time.
We'll send a reminder email the week before each upcoming shipment so you can make any needed adjustments or add anything else you want. You can also contact us at any time to assist you with your subscription by emailing help.stonehouse@gmail.com
4. What items can I add to a subscription?
Most of our items are available for subscription, sizes 375ml and larger, including our House Blend EVOO, Olio Santo EVOO, Organic Arbequina EVOO, Organic Coratina EVOO, Estate EVOO, and all our flavorful olive oils, as well as most vinegars and spices. Something you'd like to see added? Your feedback and suggestions are always welcome!
5. Can I add other one-off/non-subscription items into a shipment?
Yes, please do use your subscriptions as a way to remember to check your pantry and save on shipping by getting what you need all at once!
You can manage your subscription online (see above), and you will receive an email reminder the week before your shipment. Login, reply to that email, or contact customer service (help.stonehouse@gmail.com) and let us know if you'd like anything else added into the box as a one-time/non-recurring purchase. Please specify the item and size you want.
You can add both subscription items and one-time purchases to your cart at the same time as well. The 5% subscription savings does not apply to one-time items, however you save more than by shipping in one box together!
6. How do I get free shipping?
Our regular free shipping thresholds still apply for subscription shipments: Free shipping for orders $75+ to the west coast (CA, OR, WA, ID, UT, NV), and orders $100+ for the rest of the contiguous US. Real-time shipping rates calculated for all other orders.
Many customers subscribe to their most regular pantry items like Olio Santo or House Blend EVOO, and then check their pantry when they get their upcoming subscription email notice, to add one-time items that they need to restock to their shipment to get free shipping.
