This year we are pleased to introduce our first Tuscan style blend evoo, a blend of 6 Tuscan varietals: Frantoio, Lecchino, and four other proprietary cultivars. Packed with polyphenol antioxidants, this is the most aggressive oil we offer. The organically grown olives are picked by hand, to ensure no bruising, and crushed the same day. This year the grove was harvested on three separate occasions, picking only the olives that were perfectly ripe each time. Our Reserve Blend is big and bold, and will stand up to your heartiest dishes, and should never be used for cooking, only in dressings and as a finishing oil, and is Limited; only 170 cases produced.
