• 3 avocados
  • 1/4 cup Stonehouse Persian Lime Oil
  • 1/2 large onion, small dice
  • 1/4 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 2 roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 jalepenos peppers, minced
  • 2 tomatillos, minced
  • salt to taste

Mix it all up in a ceramic bowl, and enjoy!
